Established in 2003, Care Medical Company began as a closed joint stock company with ownership shared between the General Organization for Social Insurance and prominent private sector partners. In 2013, the company transitioned into a publicly listed joint stock company.
Care Medical Co. proudly operates the first private sector hospital in Riyadh—Care Medical Hospital, Malaz Branch (formerly National Care)—founded in 1966. It later expanded with the Care Medical Hospital, Rawabi Branch in 1990. In recent years, we have extended our footprint with the launch of the first specialized emergency medical care center in Makkah (2023), and Care Medical Al Balad Hospital in 2024, focused on long-term care and dialysis services.
