Job Responsibilities

✅Supervise, lead, and support the nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care.

✅Develop duty rosters and assign tasks to nurses based on workload and patient needs.

✅ patient care plans and ensure adherence to medical protocols and hospital policies.

✅Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for nursing staff.

✅Act as a liaison between doctors, patients, families, and the nursing team.

✅Ensure proper documentation, medical records, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

✅Manage nursing supplies, equipment, and inventory efficiently.
