Job Responsibilities,
✔️Oversee Daily Operations Manage and coordinate maintenance teams across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil departments to ensure smooth facility functioning.
✔️Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Plan and execute routine inspections, servicing schedules, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
✔️Vendor & Contractor Coordination Liaise with external service providers for specialized tasks, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
✔️Safety & Compliance Monitoring Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across all facility operations, including PPE usage and emergency protocols.
✔️Inventory & Resource Management Track tools, spare parts, and consumables; ensure availability and proper documentation using CMMS or manual logs.
