Job Responsibility and Duties
✅ Carry out routine inspection, testing, and calibration of oxygen, nitrous oxide, vacuum, compressed air, and other gas systems.
✅ Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital regulations (e.g., NFPA 99, HTM 02-01, or local codes).
✅ Troubleshoot and repair faults in pipelines, valves, alarms, outlets, and equipment.
✅ Monitor pressure levels, flow, and system performance to maintain continuous and safe supply.
✅ Keep accurate records of maintenance, service logs, and inspections.
✅ Assist in the design, modification, and expansion of gas pipeline systems when required.
✅ Train and guide hospital staff on proper usage and safety precautions of medical gas systems.
