Job Responsibilities,
✔️Material Preparation & Installation Measure, cut, and install insulation materials on pipes, ducts, tanks, and equipment to reduce heat loss or gain.
✔️Surface Preparation & Cladding Clean and prep surfaces before insulation; apply aluminum jacketing or cladding sheets to protect insulation from damage and weather exposure.
✔️Safety Compliance Follow safety protocols for working at heights, in confined spaces, and around hot surfaces; wear PPE and adhere to site-specific HSE standards.
✔️Quality Checks & Adjustments Inspect insulation work for gaps, compression, or misalignment; make corrections to ensure thermal efficiency and durability.
✔️Tool Handling & Maintenance Operate cutting tools, staplers, sealants, and fastening equipment; maintain tools and report any malfunctions.
✔️Documentation & Reporting Record daily tasks, material usage, and inspection results; coordinate with supervisors and engineers for workflow updates.
