Job Responsibilities,

✔️Client Portfolio Management Support and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by nurturing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

✔️Sales & Cross-Selling Promote and sell the full range of ANB’s banking products and services to meet set targets and increase account profitability.

✔️Account Monitoring Track customer account balances, analyze changes, and follow up on inactive or declining accounts.

✔️Customer Engagement Maintain regular contact with affluent clients—ensuring each is reached at least once per quarter—and personally follow up on service requests.

✔️Program Execution Apply the High Affluent Program effectively, ensuring loyalty, service quality, and product innovation within the segment.
