Job Responsibilities:
✔️ Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition regularly.
✔️ Administer medications, IV fluids and injections as prescribed by physicians.
✔️ Assist doctors during medical procedures, examinations and emergency care.
✔️ Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care, including wound care and dressing changes.
✔️ Respond promptly to medical emergencies and perform basic life support when required.
✔️ Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
