🚦 Railway Operations Responsibilities,
✔️Train Scheduling & Dispatching Coordinate train movements to ensure punctuality and minimize delays.
✔️Traffic Control & Signaling Operate and monitor control systems to manage train flow and prevent collisions.
✔️Crew Coordination Assign and manage train crews, ensuring compliance with duty hours and safety standards.
✔️Incident Response & Reporting Handle operational disruptions, accidents, and emergencies with clear protocols.
✔️Customer Communication Provide timely updates to passengers during delays or service changes.
🛡️ Railway Safety Responsibilities,
✔️Hazard Identification & Risk Mitigation Assess risks across infrastructure, rolling stock, and operations; implement controls.
✔️Safety Audits & Inspections Conduct regular checks on tracks, signals, and equipment to ensure compliance.
✔️Training & Compliance Educate staff on safety procedures, emergency protocols, and regulatory standards.
✔️Accident Investigation Analyze causes of incidents and recommend corrective actions.
✔️Public Safety Awareness Promote safe behavior at crossings, stations, and near rail lines.
