Job Responsibilities
✅ Prepare and disinfect the operating theatre before surgery.
✅ Check and arrange surgical instruments, sterile drapes, and equipment.
✅ Maintain a sterile environment throughout surgery.
✅ Clean and sterilize instruments and equipment after surgery.
✅ Maintain records of instruments and consumables used.
✅ Provide support in emergency situations inside the OT.
✅ Coordinate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare staff for smooth workflow.
