Job Responsibilities,

✔️Lead the nursing team during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth coordination and high standards of patient care

✔️Assign duties and manage schedules for staff nurses, aides, and support personnel

✔️Monitor patient care plans, intervene when needed, and ensure timely documentation

✔️Serve as a liaison between nurses, physicians, patients, and families to support communication and care continuity

✔️Mentor junior staff, provide guidance, and support training in chronic care protocols

✔️Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and Ministry of Health regulations

✔️Respond to emergencies, resolve conflicts, and uphold a calm, professional environment.
