Job Responsibilities,
✔️Prepare and Review Cost Estimates Develop detailed cost breakdowns for materials, labor, equipment, and overheads across project phases.
✔️Monitor Project Budgets Track actual costs versus forecasts, flag variances, and support cost optimization strategies.
✔️Support Tendering & Procurement Collaborate with quantity surveyors and procurement teams to evaluate bids, vendor pricing, and contract terms.
✔️Conduct Cost-Benefit Analyses Evaluate financial efficiency of design options, construction methods, and value engineering proposals.
✔️Generate Financial Reports Produce regular cost reports, dashboards, and recommendations for commercial leads and project managers.
✔️Coordinate with Stakeholders Liaise with engineering, planning, and finance teams to align cost control efforts with project goals.
✔️Ensure Compliance & Accuracy Apply local market rates, regulatory standards, and company guidelines in all cost-related documentation.
