Job Responsibilities,
✔️Patient Assessment & Diagnosis Examine patients with musculoskeletal issues—bones, joints, ligaments, tendons—and interpret diagnostic tests like X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans.
✔️Treatment Planning Develop personalized care plans, including surgical and non-surgical options such as physical therapy, injections, or lifestyle modifications.
✔️Surgical Procedures Perform orthopedic surgeries including joint replacements, fracture repairs, arthroscopy, and reconstructive procedures.
✔️Postoperative Care & Monitoring Ensure recovery progress, manage complications, and adjust treatment as needed for optimal outcomes.
✔️Multidisciplinary Collaboration Work closely with physical therapists, radiologists, and other specialists to deliver integrated care.
✔️Patient Education & Support Guide patients and families through treatment options, recovery expectations, and preventive care strategies.
