About Job Responsibilities
Prepare the operating room by ensuring all surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies are sterilized and ready for use.
Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures by providing instruments and maintaining a sterile environment.
Monitor and operate specialized equipment such as suction machines, lights, sterilizers, and diagnostic devices.
Ensure proper handling, sterilization, and storage of surgical instruments after procedures.
Maintain accurate records of instruments, consumables, and materials used during surgeries.
Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and safety standards within the OT.
