Job Responsibilities,
✔️Project Planning & Design Oversight Develop and review engineering plans, specifications, and timelines for construction projects. Ensure designs meet safety, regulatory, and client standards.
✔️Budgeting & Cost Control Prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, and monitor expenditures to keep projects financially on track.
✔️Site Supervision & Coordination Oversee on-site activities, coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, and ensure timely execution of work.
✔️Quality & Safety Compliance Enforce safety protocols and quality standards, conduct inspections, and resolve any compliance issues.
✔️Stakeholder Communication Liaise with clients, consultants, and government bodies to provide updates, resolve concerns, and align expectations.
✔️Risk Management & Problem Solving Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and troubleshoot issues that arise during construction.
