Job Responsibilities,
✔️Design & Layout Planning Develop piping system layouts using CAD tools, ensuring efficient routing and compliance with industry codes.
✔️Material Selection & Specification Choose appropriate piping materials, valves, and fittings based on fluid type, pressure, and environmental conditions.
✔️Stress & Safety Analysis Perform calculations and simulations to ensure structural integrity under thermal, pressure, and mechanical loads.
✔️Coordination with Project Teams Collaborate with civil, mechanical, and process engineers to align piping design with overall project goals.
✔️Site Supervision & Installation Support Oversee fabrication, welding, and installation activities, ensuring adherence to design and safety standards.
✔️Documentation & Compliance Prepare technical reports, isometric drawings, and bill of materials.
