✔️Oversee budgeting and cost control ensuring financial accountability and identifying value-engineering opportunities
✔️Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements across all phases of construction
✔️Implement quality control protocols and monitor contractor performance to maintain high standards
✔️Manage risk proactively, resolving issues and minimizing delays or cost overruns.
