Job Responsibilities,
✔️Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and cranes to support site preparation and construction activities.
✔️Conduct daily safety checks and routine maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
✔️Follow site plans, supervisor instructions, and safety protocols to execute tasks efficiently and safely.
✔️Assist with loading/unloading materials, grading, trenching, and earthmoving operations.
✔️Report equipment malfunctions or hazards promptly to the maintenance team or site supervisor.
✔️Maintain clear communication with team members to coordinate movement and avoid site disruptions.
✔️Ensure compliance with PPE standards and contribute to a safe, organized work environment.
