Job Responsibilities,

✔️Coordinate daily office activities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing internal communications.

✔️Maintain accurate filing systems—both digital and physical—for contracts, reports, and correspondence.

✔️Prepare and format documents, memos, and presentations for internal and external use.

✔️Support procurement and inventory tracking of office supplies and administrative tools.

✔️Liaise with HR, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely documentation.

✔️Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage front-desk duties with professionalism.
