Job Responsibilities,
✔️Lead Design Coordination Oversee multidisciplinary design teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality outputs from concept to construction stages.
✔️Manage Consultants & Stakeholders Liaise with architects, engineers, and external consultants to align design deliverables with project goals and client expectations.
✔️Ensure Compliance & Quality Review designs for adherence to codes, standards, and health & safety regulations; approve change proposals and manage design-related risks.
✔️Drive Innovation & Best Practices Promote creative solutions and integrate sustainable design principles across all phases.
✔️Collaborate Across Departments Work closely with project managers, construction teams, and technical services to resolve design issues and support seamless execution.
✔️Documentation & Review Oversight Supervise the design review process and maintain accurate records of design decisions and revisions.
