Job Responsibilities,
✔️Develop Master Plans & Urban Concepts Create site layouts, zoning strategies, and spatial frameworks that support livable, sustainable communities.
✔️Design Public Realm & Streetscapes Shape walkable environments, green spaces, and civic areas that enhance quality of life and reflect cultural context.
✔️Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams Work closely with architects, planners, engineers, and landscape designers to integrate design across scales and disciplines.
✔️Conduct Site Analysis & Research Assess land use, mobility, environmental impact, and demographic trends to inform design decisions.
✔️Visualize & Present Design Ideas Prepare compelling drawings, diagrams, and 3D visuals using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS, and Adobe Suite.
✔️Support Regulatory & Strategic Planning Align designs with Saudi Vision 2030, local planning codes, and national sustainability guidelines.
