Job Responsibilities,
✔️Oversee daily operations of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance
✔️Coordinate and supervise technicians and contractors, ensuring timely and quality service delivery
✔️Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards
✔️Manage work schedules, duty rosters, and task assignments to optimize team productivity
✔️Monitor inventory of tools and materials, and raise procurement requests when needed
✔️Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs, maintaining high standards of service and client satisfaction
✔️Report incidents, maintenance logs, and progress updates to the Facilities Manager or Project Lead.
