Job Responsibilities,
✔️Develop scaffold layouts, calculations, and drawings based on site needs and safety standards.
✔️Oversee scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling across construction zones, ensuring timely execution and crew safety.
✔️Conduct risk assessments, enforce fall protection protocols.
✔️Regularly inspect scaffolding for structural integrity, load capacity, and hazard prevention.
✔️Maintain accurate records including scaffold permits, inspection logs, and compliance reports.
✔️Guide scaffolders and site teams on safe practices, technical procedures, and emergency protocols.
