Monitor daily site activities to ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Inspect workmanship and materials to confirm compliance with quality standards.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at the site.
Review and approve contractors’ shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
Coordinate between contractors, consultants, and the client to solve technical or site-related issues.
Track progress and prepare regular site reports for management and stakeholders.
Verify measurements, quantities, and assist in certifying contractors’ payments.
