✔️Candidate Engagement & Onboarding Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process. Conduct reference checks, prepare offer letters, and assist with onboarding documentation.
✔️HR Collaboration & Compliance Align recruitment with organizational structure and budget. Ensure job requisitions are accurate and compliant with internal policies.
