✔️Monitor Scope, Schedule & Cost Track project progress, identify deviations, and ensure alignment with performance baselines.
✔️Risk & Opportunity Management Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while spotting opportunities to improve efficiency or reduce costs.
✔️Reporting & Forecasting Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, including status updates, budget forecasts, and earned value analysis.
✔️Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Establish and maintain WBS to organize project tasks and financial tracking.
