✔️Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for organized candidate management
✔️Ensure recruitment processes align with labor laws and Saudization policies
✔️Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the hiring journey
✔️Support employer branding initiatives by promoting company culture and values during recruitment.
