Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to maintain smooth project execution.
Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on site activities and project status.
Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and resources to avoid delays or wastage.
Resolve any site-related issues and provide effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
