FOR CLINIC
Monthly Basic Salary: 2,500 QRS
Food and Beverages Allowance: 300 Qrs
Fixed Overtime: 1,300 Qrs (104 hrs)
Total Monthly Salary: 4,100.00 Qrs (12 hrs.) (Indian Rupees 1,08,000)
Airfare Ticket: Provided by the company every two years.
Accommodation: Provided by the company
Transportation: Provided by the company
FOR HOME CARE
Monthly Basic Salary: 2,700 QRS
Food and Beverages Allowance: 300 Qrs
Fixed Overtime: 2,500 Qrs (104 hrs)
Total Monthly Salary: 5,500.00 Qrs (12 hrs.) (Indian Rupees 1,50,000)
Airfare Ticket: Provided by the company every two years.
Accommodation: Provided by the company
Transportation: Provided by the company
Probation Period: Six (6) months from starting date with the passing certificate training.
Working Hours: 12 hours work per day or 72 hours per week, weekly one day off.
End of Service Benefits
In line with labor law of Qatar, employees who have completed more than 2 years of continuous service shall be entitled to 21 (twenty-one) days basic salary for each year to be paid upon the end of the contract.
